I had just one thing in mind when i decided to leave AIG. Discover myself. So, on November 20th, 2009 , I officially parted with the company with no immediate plans but to sit back and relax for a bit. After about a month, restlessness getting to me, I remember making out a list of things i should do while starting to look out for a job i might like. These included going to the gym, learning the guitar, going abroad for a holiday, visiting my brother in Hyderabad, GMAT and learn a foreign language.
Unfortunately, around the same time, i was introduced to the unforgiving ,relentless, extremely addictive world of online gaming.
About half a year later, the only thing i could strike off that list was "visiting my brother in Hyderabad" which i have to say, was quite a weekend. Oh and i did do my GMAT as well after some very half-hearted preparation; leading to a very mediocre score.
I had gamed online for 300 hours during this time.
Did i mention i took up cycling?? Well i must have cycled about a 1000km very irregularly over the past year.(i was becoming fat.)
There are a lot of minor incidents and happenings as well that went on over the year , but it's easy to notice the one thing that has dominated the whole thing. I love playing computer games i guess. Although i wouldn't want another year like this, it has shown me something i will take into 2011 with a lot of heart.
I'm starting my MBA in January and am hoping to marry and settle down in Canada in about a couple of years time.

Nice blog! I like your writing way. I'm doing practice GMAT here: gmatonlinetest.com . I hope it's useful for GMAT test takers.
