A day at the Bike shop...

After months and months of thinkin bout getting some exercise into my flabby bod , i finally dragged my butt down to the BSA Go cycle shop and picked out the gorgeous Schwimm Sporterra. The chaps at the shop were seriously into bikes n stuff...i could see quite clearly...the guy who was showing me around ,naturally took me straight to the high-end section and began rambling on and on using all the heavy bike-lingo; and i was just going "Yeah , cool - now lets not waste time here man. I'm not spending 30,000 for a bike."But believe me fellas , those bikes were WOW...i even tested them out on the road - gears , ride heights , chain adjustments and all that rot.One of those biggies i really do have to mention - it was called Bad Boy.Certainly lived up to its name i can tell ya - looked and felt real bad-ass.Price tag?? 54,000 bucks. Even the Lance Armstrong in me couldn't convince me.
Anyways, back to planet Earth, the chap next showed me some mid-ranged Cannondale bikes(obviously with a lot less detail , having seen enough of my kinda customers i suppose). Poor chap! If only he knew how much money i had. After i test rode the Cannondales and the Bianchis(preferred by a lot of Tour de France riders ) he showed me the "new arrivals". After using all the key marketing words - "fast moving" , "limited edition","cheap and best" and some others i cant quite remember - it looked like he'd finally gotten the better of me.

The bike did feel pretty awesome though. I bought it . End of story.

BAD BOY - Cannondale
